Real Estate #1: Older wood-frame 3BR 2BA home w/outbuildings and road frontage on Millcreek Road. There are utilities on the property where a mobile home was sitting, lots of fruit trees, and a nice garden spot.
Real Estate #2: A 2-acre wooded lot on Tallent Place. From Mountain Pine Road take Blacksnake Road to Turkey Trot to Raithwood - follow signs.
Real Estate #3: 4 adjacent plots in Cutter Morning Cemetery.
Personal Property (ONLINE ONLY): House full of misc. household and other items, 2 buildings full of tools, lawnmower, tiller, fourwheeler, pasture tiller, Bowflex exercise machine, Chevy truck, 9 guns, some ammo, scrap metal, and a lot of items we have not yet uncovered.
Viewing of Real Estate: Auctioneers will be onsite at 784 Millcreek Road Saturday, May 11 from 3PM-5PM or Friday, May 17 from 10AM-Noon. You can view the 2 acres on Tallent Place on your own at any time.
Terms: On real estate, we will require $5,000 down day of auction on Tract 1 and on Tract 2 as non-refundable earnest money if you are the successful bidder. Closing will be 30 days. There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid on both real estate and personal property. All personal property and cemetery plots will need to be paid in full day of auction.
