This fee is charged at the time of auction and will be paid to Graf and Sons at the time of transfer. Non-local buyers requiring shipment, must provide name and contact information of a licensed gun dealer in their area that Graf and Son's can transfer the gun to. Costs for transfer at other dealers may differ and are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Purchases for guns bought by a winning bidder who can't successfully pass the background check are NON-REFUNDABLE.
