Wachter Auctions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items. Items may be added to the sale while it is in progress AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024 Notice to BUYERS Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by W. Wachter Auctions Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring.
