crate motor, less then 200 miles on it. Edelbrock carburetor, intake and air cover. Transmission was gone though before I got it, I have no paperwork on it however. Geared real low top speed is 70mph and it takes her a minute to get there, rides nice no death wobble or anything. New battery this weekend. I've only used the 4WD once and it didn't disappoint. Never been in the river or abused under my care. Previous owner bought it new as a family vehicle and parked it when the old motor died after he had the Trans rebuilt.
Body is mostly solid there is a crumple on the driver's rear fender I was going to patch with a panel from another truck. Never got to it. Most other rust is just patina and surface.
Interior is dusty and dirty from sitting all winter, and being used as a fishing vehicle for the last year. But the only trim piece missing I think is the drivers door, seats are in good shape except the drivers. I even have the cover for the tailgate And spare tire! New Old stock Bezels for the headlights, even a pair of jumper cable's come with her.
She's got some kinks, she's 40 years old. She's doesn't like cold mornings or cold starts, you gotta give her some gas. Idle is rough at first but after a few minutes she's runs like a top, (valves probably just need some adjusting with the new motor breaking in). She's had her 100mile oil change.
My plan was to restore her and have a cool truck over the next few years, but I have no time to give her. She's my dream truck but I need to free up more money and time so it's got to go.
She would make a great project for someone with more time then I have, the expensive stuff is already done. Or make her into a river rig and have some fun.
