I want you to receive your items in a timely manner, and to facilitate the easiest possible transaction, I will lay out exactly what to expect. You will receive an email shortly after auction closing, EVERYONE that won a lot will receive an email!!!! It will likely go to your SPAM folder, because it is generated from a website, rather than an email account. Thats the way HBid works, and many other websites. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL! If you have an address that is not local, you will be billed for handling, as it will be assumed that you need shipping unless you have contacted us. All individuals with a local address will be treated as if they are going to pick up, and will not be charged the handling fee per lot. To receive your items, locally, you can contact via email. Appointments will be thirty minute windows (e.g. 1-1:30pm), most weekdays between 1-5pm can be accomodated, and select weekend appointments. If you need shipping, you will receive an email showing your statement, and that it is paid. Included will be the weight and dimensions, along with our address, so YOU can purchase a shipping label from either, UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Email the label back to me, I will confirm receipt and it will be dropped within a couple days at the latest, depending on my schedule. Pick up by appointment only Shipping is available for most lots unless noted, we provide the package information (size and weight), and you buy the shipping label.
