Description	Attention: This is a LIVE onsite auction held at the A+ Rental Building on the corner of 33rd & Western Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD. Starting at 3pm sharp. We have 100's of great items that are not photoed . A+Rentals has been in property Management for decades and due to health reasons will be liquidating ALL of there personal property at no reserve. Just like old times come to the excitement of a live auction and leave with great items! Parking is available across the street in the dental building parking lot & also kitty corner in the church parking lot on the south west corner of 33rd and Western. This will be a fast moving Auction so be on time. Trailers, Pickup, and other prebidding lots will sell at 5:30pm All winning bidders who register for a bidder card during the LIVE auction and become a winning bidder will pay zero buyers premium. Online bidders who arrive at the LIVE AUCTION will need to check in with the office table to pickup your online bidder number (card).

Terms and Conditions

All Terms will be presented on Hibid.com auction All winning bidders will pay the Purchase Price, Buyers Premium, Sioux Falls Sales Tax, Credit card 3.5% fee on the grand total. All titled lots ( truck, trailers ) have a documentation fee of $150.00. This will be added to the invoice along with other fee (Buyers Premium, Sioux Falls Sales Tax, Credit card fee) All LIVE on site bidders will enjoy a zero buyers premium as long as you've registered before the auction concludes. ALL online bidders who win the bid will incur a 15% buyers premium. Once the lot is closed and sold to an online bidder - the 15% is added to invoice.
